"We've recently left State Farm due to personal reasons, but we'd been with Noe Garcia-State Farm since I first started renting an apartment back in 2006. Throughout all these years we've gone through major changes, and we've always kept them for our car insurance. They've always been super helpful and nice, no matter who answered the phone. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to always answer our questions."

"Apparently they can cancel your policy out of the blue without ever actually contacting you. Thankfully nothing happened while my policy was inactive, and i caught it early enough to get insurance elsewhere before it caused major issues. I Went through the online quote process and was approved the 2nd week of August. Just happened to check my account last night, and my policy had disappeared. I called the 24hr customer service line and was told they don't know why it was canceled, that it was an "underwriting issue". So I finally get ahold of Noe Garcia's office this morning, and am basically told the same thing. However, the initial person I spoke with at this office told me they had made attempts to call me and notify me that my policy was going to be canceled, as well as having sent out a letter. I never recieved the letter, which may or may not be the post office's issue. I also never recieved a call, and the woman I spoke with could not tell me what day that was or the number the call would have come from. I never recieved a call from state farm. The woman then transfered me to someone else at the office, and she came clean about them never having made any attempt to notify me other than the two letters. She also told me "[your policy] Fell through the cracks" and no one had caught that they were not able to actually cover me, despite having no problem taking my money for the coverage. My issue is that all 3 people I have spoken with have given me completely different dates for when the letters were supposedly sent, if there were any, ranging from "five days ago" to Sept 5th, and everywhere in between. I have no issue that the policy was canceled. I do however take major issue with the fact that they could not even be bothered to contact me and let me know they were canceling my policy, and it is by the grace of God that nothing happened during the time I was without coverage due to their laziness. This was obviously a blessing in disguise, and the good Lord looking out for me. I hope others see this and avoid being put in the same situation I was, because that could have been catastrophic."
