My name is Noe Garcia and I am the proud owner of Noe Garcia State Farm Insurance Agency. My office is located on West Loop 338 Odessa TX. in front of Walmart and next to Verizon. I was given the opportunity to apply to become a State Farm agent back in 2007. My journey here began as an immigrant when my parents brought us here from Mexico, I was about 5 years old. In search for a better life my family worked in the cotton fields of Texas and Kansas. We ultimately settled in Odessa Texas where have lived since I was about 8. Back then life was not easy for us, I did not speak English and as a result I failed the second grade. I graduated high school in 1988.

Like most kids growing up my dream was to one day become a police officer. In 1995 I took a leap of faith with no guarantees that I would ever become a police officer and quit my job to attend the police academy and graduated that same year. On October 1,1996 i started my first day as a police officer with the City Of Odessa. And on the same day that morning my youngest daughter was born. I served the citizens of Odessa for until 2007 when by chance I met a State Farm agent whose daughter was playing softball on the same team as my youngest daughter. I resigned as a police officer and took another leap of faith with no guarantees that I would ever become a State Farm agent.

It has definitely not been an easy road, but I have no regrets. When I began my State Farm journey I all three of my children were in school. My daughter Jasmine was a senior in high school, my son Noe Jr. was in 7th grade and my daughter Alexandra was in 5th grade. Today Jasmine has her Masters degree, is a teacher at an elementary school and has my 8-year-old granddaughter. My son Noe has his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and had my two grand kids that are 4 and 3. When I took that leap of faith to become a State Farm agent it was to ensure that I could provide them with the ability to pursue higher education, if that was their desire.

I am proud to say that I served and protected my community as police officer and as a State Farm Agent here are some of the ways we continue to serve and protect.

Services my office can provide:

We can protect against the unexpected by insuring your Home, Auto, Boat, RV, etc.

We have discounts when we insure multiple cars or cars and homeowners or renters' policy.

We can protect your income with a Life insurance and or a disability policy.

If you are a business owner, we can protect that with a commercial policy and workers comp.

Whatever the need maybe, we can sit and have a conversation about that Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. We are also happy to meet after hours by appointment.
